Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within 24 hours of placing an order. CoinsArt will take a decision on the cancellation request based on the current order status among other factors. For example, if the order has already been shipped, it will not be possible to cancel the order.
Refund/Replacement requests will be considered only if the request is made to the CoinsArt customer service team within 24 hours of receiving delivery of the item. The reasons for example could be an incorrect item was shipped, or the cointion of item differ from photograph or as mentioned in discription. It is the responsibility of the customer to provide adequate information (including photographs) to help CoinsArt take a decision. There will be no refund if the quality of the item is not to the customer’s liking or if the customer thinks it is not good enough as long as the details of the item is exactly as mentioned in discription.
In case of receipt of damaged package, please report the same to our Customer Service team within 24 hours of receipt of the shipment. The Customer should provide adequate information (including photographs) so CoinsArt can take it up with the courier company. CoinsArt will provide refund/replacement to the customer in case of a positive decision.
All items must be returned in their original condition, with item ref. no. tags intact, original accessories and in the original packaging as delivered to you. Refer to instructions to return items, We may reject the returns if the items are not returned according to the policy mentioned.
CoinsArt will provide refund/replacement to the customer only if item received back is in original packing done by CoinsArt.
Some items may not be eligible for return if you "no longer need it" (including cases of buyer's remorse such as color of item ordered or incorrect product ordered).
For item replacements, the customer will be shipped a new packet of the same item. In case the same item is not available, an equivalent product will be shipped after discussion with the customer.
CoinsArt will usually process refunds within 1-2 business days after a refund request is approved. The request is then passed on to our Payment Gateway partner, they have advised it takes them 7-10 business days to process the refund.
CoinsArt will not refund taxes and payment gateway charges. Buyer is liable to pay taxes (GST) and payment gateway charges.
